Man Found Fatally Shot In Pasadena Park
PASADENA (CBSLA.com) — Police Wednesday were searching for a suspect who fatally shot a man and wounded another in San Gabriel Valley park.
Rafael Martin Sotoaguilar, 52,s was found dead around 10:20 p.m. Tuesday in Villa Parke in the 300 block of East Villa Street in Pasadena, authorities said.
Officers shut down the park and Garfield Avenue, between Villa and Parke streets, for an investigation.
About two hours later, a 30-year-old unidentified man admitted himself into a local hospital with a gunshot wound.
"This victim was also shot at Villa Parke," said Lt. Diego Torres.
He was hospitalized in stable but serious condition.
A suspect description was not released.
