Toddler Critically Injured In Fall From Woodland Hills Motel Window

WOODLAND HILLS (CBSLA.com) — A 2-year-old Woodland Hills child was hospitalized in critical condition Wednesday after falling from a second story window, the LAPD said.

Officers said the child fell from the window at the Extended Stay Motel, located at 20205 Ventura Boulevard.

The toddler's mother was in another room when the accident happened, according to police.

The exact injuries the child suffered, as well as its gender, were unknown.

The toddler was taken to Northridge Hospital.

Additional details were not released, but officials said there was no evidence of a crime committed.
