Metro To Offer Free Rides On New Year's Eve

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Metro officials will offer free rides to the public on New Year's Eve.

The 2015 Tournament of Roses Queen and Royal Court attended a press conference and tour at Union Station at 8 a.m. as officials promoted Metro Rail service to the 126th Rose Parade festivities in Pasadena.

Free rides will be available to all travelers from 9 p.m. Wednesday to 2 a.m. Thursday and all Metro Rail lines will operate throughout New Year's Eve night to help ensure safety and enable parade goers to access parade activities.
