Girl, 14, Believed To Have Run Off With 22-Year-Old Male Neighbor

ORANGE (CBSLA.com) — Authorities in Orange are looking for a 14-year-old girl they believe ran off with a 22-year-old male neighbor.

Sarai Arce has not been seen in a week, according to authorities.

Arce did not return home from school Friday and her mother called police. She later found out that her daughter was dating a neighbor, Abel Reyes-Fragoso, according to Orange Police Lt. Fred Lopez.

Fragoso has relatives in Mexico City, "which leads us to believe they've gone off to Mexico," Lopez said. "They probably used public
transportation to Tijuana."

The unaccounted for man's vehicle was still outside his residence, Lopez said.

Police asked the public for help finding Arce and Fragoso. Anyone with information was urged to call them at (714) 744-7444.
