STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — This week's Pets2Love is Tara!
Tara is a 2-year-old chihuahua/dachshund mix.
When she was first rescued, she was very scared and shy, but now she is a happy girl who loves to dance and snuggle up.
Chihuahua's and dachshunds are very similar - both are known for their devotion and loyalty. They are burrowers by nature, likely to burrow in blankets and other items around the house.
Chihuahua's love to snuggle and are often found on the nearest lap! Dachshunds are playful and known for their propensity for chasing birds and tennis balls with great determination and ferocity.
Tara is a beautiful mix of the two breeds and is looking for a new home in time for the holidays!
