Man Detained After Driving Into Anaheim Mortuary

ANAHEIM (CBSLA.com) — A male driver was in custody Sunday after crashing into a mortuary in Anaheim last night.

According to the Anaheim Police Department, officers were sent to the area of Broadway and Anaheim Boulevard Saturday evening.

Officers explained the driver allegedly lost control of his vehicle and crashed into the building.

Once the car was towed from the scene, the path of destruction could be clearly seen, however, authorities said the damage was not extensive.

Police detained the driver at the scene.

No injuries were reported as a result of the crash.
