Police: Culver City Man Molested Child Of Woman He Met Online

CULVER CITY (CBSLA.com) — A Culver City man accused of sexually assaulting a minor in his home was arrested on Friday.

According to the Culver City Police Department, Eric Andrew Warfield allegedly met the child through a woman he had met on an online dating website.

It was unclear if Warfield was dating the woman when the assault occurred.

Officers did not disclose the area in which the crime took place.

The investigation is ongoing, and will be submitted to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office for filing consideration, police said.
