Deputies Seek Public's Help To Locate Missing Man

ORANGE COUNTY (CBSLA.com) — The Orange County Sheriff's Department asked Monday for the public's help in locating a man in his 70s.

Arnaldo Alvarez, who is also known as Nado, was last seen shortly before 5 p.m. Nov. 9 at his residence in the 23000 block of Via Chiripa in Mission Viejo.

Deputies said Alvarez drove his red 2009 Toyota Camry to the Costco in Laguna Niguel but never returned home. The vehicle has license plate No. 6GIE047.

Alvarez is 5-foot-6 and weighs 180 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a sweater.

Deputies said Alvarez takes daily medication and left home without it. He may be in need of medical attention.
