Shooting Death Investigation Underway In Norwalk

NORWALK (CBSLA.com) — Detectives are investigating the circumstances Saturday surrounding the shooting death of a man.

According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, deputies responded around 6:20 a.m. to the 14000 block of Gridley Road.

The victim, a Hispanic man, was transported to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Officials have not released a suspect description.

The victim's identity will be withheld pending family notification.
