Man Wounded In Pacoima Shooting; Assailant At Large
PACOIMA (CBSLA.com) — Authorities say a man has been taken to a hospital after being shot Monday afternoon in Pacoima.
The shooting happened around 3:45 p.m. near the 5 Freeway and Arleta Street.
Authorities said the victim managed to drive himself to McDonald's restaurant, where he parked.
However, it is not believed that the shooting occurred there.
The unidentified victim was subsequently taken to a hospital. His condition was not known.
No arrests have been made.
Authorities say they are interviewing witnesses and are looking for suspect, who remained at large.
Detectives said the incident was possibly gang-related.
