USA Track & Field Team Member Gives Tips To Stay Motivated

STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you, Angela Davis says.

The USA Track and Field team member stopped by KCAL9 Wednesday to give viewers tips on how to keep motivated.

Davis is celebrating her 15th anniversary empowering and inspiring over a hundred thousand "fans" with her great spirituality, high energy work-outs and positive reinforcements.

Here are her tips to get and stay motivated:

1. Identify the change you want to see in your life

2. Change your mind about what is possible for you

3. Commit to move every day!

4. Visualize what you want…write it down and look at it every day

5. Affirm yourself with 5 affirmations in the morning and at night
