2 Arrested For Murder In Stabbing Death Of Pico Rivera Man, 50

PICO RIVERA (CBSLA.com)   — Authorities say two teens -- one a juvenile and possibly the victim's son  -- have been arrested for the murder of a 50-year-old man in Pico Rivera Saturday.

The two suspects were detained, questioned and ultimately arrested by the Montebello Police Department.

The deceased lived in the 3700 block of Oaklawn Lane.

Officers dispatched to the home about 1:35 a.m. Saturday morning found the victim suffering from several stab wounds. He was taken to the hospital where he was declared dead.

On Saturday, authorities said the man's 17-year-old son was a "person of interest" in the case. He was identified as 17-year-old Sergio Anthony Guitierrez.

One of the suspects was identified as Jesus Adame, 18.
