Suspicious Package Forces Evacuations At Hahn Hall In Downtown LA

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A suspicious package Friday forced the evacuation of the Kenneth Hahn Hall of Administration in downtown Los Angeles, authorities said.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department bomb squad was on scene at the building at 500 W. Temple Street, according to LAPD Media Relations.

A suspicious device was reportedly located on the third floor, according to police.

Authorities later confirmed no explosives were found at the facility, authorities said.
