Celebrity Make-up Artist Shalini Vadhera Shares Beauty Tips, Discusses 'Passport To Beauty'

STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — Author and celebrity make-up artist Shalini Vadhera stopped by KCAL9 Monday to talk about her new book "Passport to Beauty".

Here are some tips she shared:

  • Thin to 'Thick' Hair in Seconds — The average woman loses 50 to 100 hairs per day. That's a lot to stress about. Keranique Instant FX 100% Natural Hair Fibers use electromagnetic forces to naturally bond fibers to hair, instantly filling in and reducing the appearance of thin patches.  Women simply shake their way to fuller locks.
  • Shiny Skin No More — Many women strive for supple, dewy skin – not an oil slick. Cetaphil DermaControl Moisturizer SPF 30, a 3-in-1 formula, uses Micropearl technology that absorbs surface oil, helps reduce shine and gives skin a matte finish.
  • 15 Solutions In One Bottle — The alphabet soup stops here, DD does it all. DERMAdoctor DD Cream is a dermatologist's dream cream for the face – it defines, delays, defends, delights and delivers. This multifunctional corrective beauty balm provides 15 healthy skin benefits and a white sapphire complex that leaves skin healthy and naturally gorgeous.
  • Eyes Wide Open — Tired of eyes that look, well, tired? Hydroxatone Hydrolyze Instant Under Eye Illuminator is a fast-acting, under eye savior contains a unique blend of powerful ingredients that immediately brighten and reduce the appearance of dark circles, puffiness and wrinkles, for a more refreshed, rejuvenated look. Optical light diffusers brighten the appearance of dark circles and puffiness, immediately upon application, while advanced peptides and natural plant extracts help stimulate microcirculation.
