Woman, 77, Fatally Struck By Car In NoHo
NORTH HOLLYWOOD (CBSLA.com) — Authorities say a 77-year-old woman has died after being struck by a vehicle in North Hollywood.
The accident happened at the intersection of Kittridge Street and Irvine Avenue at 6:15 p.m. Friday, City News Service reported.
The victim died at the scene.
The wire service said the driver remained at the scene and had not been arrested, said a sergeant with the LAPD Valley Traffic Division.
It was not known whether the victim was in a crosswalk when she was struck.
