STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — The Dangerous Boob Tour is coming to a town near you!

Founder Chiqeeta Jamison and diagnostic radiologist, Dr. Judy Dean, visited the KCAL9 studios Friday to talk about their mission of educating women about breast cancer and dense-breast tissue.

About 40 percent of all women in the U.S. have dense-breast tissue (DBT) and over 50 percent of all breast cancer in women with DBT is missed by mammography.

Dr. Judy Dean says the best way to detect cancer in women with DBT is through an ultrasound.
