Chef Of LA Chapter At The Ace Hotel Cooks Up Veggie-Inspired Desserts This Summer

Pastry Chef Ricky Webster from Ace Hotel visited the KCAL9 studios Tuesday to demo some veggie desserts he is cooking up at LA Chapter.

LA Chapter’s summer menu showcases fresh produce that is grown locally.

Some of Webster’s unique desserts include ricotta cheesecake topped with summer squash and lemocello sauce and a blueberry chocolate and macadamia nut tart with blueberry sauce and blueberry Chantilly cream.
