Galaxy Grab Midfielder Sacha Kljestan On Loan

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Belgium's RSC Anderlecht will send its midfielder Sacha Kljestan on loan to the Los Angeles Galaxy, according to reports.

The Galaxy confirmed the transfer within minutes of the MLS transfer freeze that ended at 2 p.m. Wednesday.

Details of the contract will be revealed 2 p.m. Thursday at his introductory news conference at Stub Hub Center.

The former U.S. national team member is not likely to be under the Designated Player rule since the Galaxy have three players under the "Beckham Rule" in Landon Donovan, Robbie Keane and Omar Gonzalez.
