Man Arrested After Allegedly Masturbating In Van Parked Outside Two Santa Ana Schools
SANTA ANA (CBSLA.com) — Police Thursday were seeking the public's help in identifying potential additional victims of a man charged with touching himself in a van while parked outside two Orange County school parking lots.
Carlos Sanchez Hernandez, 42, of Santa Ana was arrested Wednesday and charged with two misdemeanor counts each of indecent exposure and child annoyance, according to the Santa Ana Police Department.
Between 7:15 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. on March 3 and June 4, officials say Hernandez parked a white van along a curb on St. Andrew Street near King Street located between Godinez Fundamental High School and Carr Intermediate School.
"He is then accused of masturbating inside his van while staring and making eye contact with two high-school aged female students," police said.
The students contacted authorities who investigated and arrested the suspect.
