3.0-Magnitude Earthquake Shakes Manhattan Beach

MANHATTAN BEACH (CBSLA.com) — The South Bay was rattled by a magnitude-3.0 earthquake Wednesday.

The tremor hit at 12:23 p.m., 5 miles west of Manhattan Beach in the Santa Monica Bay, the US Geological Survey said.

There were no reports of damage or injuries, officials said.
