Quattro Cafe Salutes Sinatra This Summer!

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — Quattro Caffe is saluting Frank Sinatra this summer!

Kristen Hinman and Chef Domenico Grillo visited the KCAL9 studios Thursday to talk about the "Salute to Sinatra" and their summer menu.

The event happens every third Saturday of the month where a five-piece band takes stage at the Costa Mesa restaurant's upper level and takes guests on a musical journey back in time to the days of Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong.

Guests may order several specially prepared cocktails featuring Jack Daniels Sinatra Select, including the Summerwind, Strangers in the Night, Fly Me to the Moon and My Way (simple Jack's on the rocks) are available.

They are encouraged to dress from the era and each month a "best-dressed" male and female will be chosen and receive a $50 gift card for a return visit to Quattro Caffe.

There is no cost to attend though there is a two-drink minimum for those opting out of dinner.

Qattro also offers their full menu, including one of Frank's known favorites, Eggplant Parmigiana.
