Report: Lakers To Re-Sign Forward Jordan Hill To 2-Year, $18 Million Deal

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) -The Los Angeles Lakers have agreed re-signed forward Jordan Hill to a two-year deal worth $18 million, according to his agent Kevin Bradbury.

The report from Yahoo comes minutes after Nick Young, who signed a 2-year, $21.5 million deal, re-signed with the purple and gold.

The former Arizona Wildcat averaged 9.7 points and 7.4 rebounds in 20.8 minutes per game in the 72 games he played for the Lakers last season, shooting 55 percent from the field.

Lakers on the books for 2014-15:

1. Kobe Bryant: $23.5M
2. Steve Nash: $9.7M
3. Jordan Hill: $9M
4. Jeremy Lin: $8M
5. Nick Young: $5M
6. Robert Sacre: $1M
7. Jordan Clarkston: $1M
8. Kendal Marshall: $1M

After all the agreements from Friday, chances of Carmelo Anthony coming to the Lakers is none.

The Lakers have also agreed to re-sign Nick Young to a 2-year deal and Pau Gasol has reportedly rejected the Lakers’ 2-year offer.

The first move for the Lakers was acquiring Jeremy Lin and a future first round pick from the Houston Rockets.
