Melody Makers CEO Melanie Andrews and the event's headliner, Ro Shon, visited KCAL9 Studio to discuss the event.
Ro Shon has been generating a lot of buzz in the music industry, most recently with his new album "Bout That." He's appeared in hit TV shows "Shake It Up" and "Dancing with the Stars."
The concert begins at 4 p.m. at the City National Grove of Anaheim.
Ticket prices start at $25, with a portion of proceeds benefiting the Melody Makers Scholarship Foundation. The event is organized by Melody Makers and MDI.
