Alhambra Police Asking Public To Be On Lookout For Stolen Dragon

ALJAMBRA (CBSLA.com)   —  Police in Alhambra are asking the public to be on the lookout for a stolen bearded dragon.

The family pet was stolen from a pet store while being boarded.

The dragon is brown, about a foot in length. Her nails are painted red and she answers to the name Ganga, according to the owner.

Ganga needs several hours of sunlight every day, said the reptile's owner.

If, you should happen to see Ganga, please call police who posted the item about the stolen dragon on Facebook with the note, "this is a first for us."

Authorities said if you have Ganga, please bring her to the police station immediately.
