STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — Mark Ford and Clayton Wurtele from Marcos Pizza stopped by KCAL9 Thursday to teach viewers methods on how to toss dough.
They also shared some of their summer pizza flavors and other summer menu items, including:
- Grilled Chicken Florentine: Tender grilled chicken, Parmesan garlic sauce, four cheeses including feta, fresh sliced red onions, fresh sliced tomatoes and fresh spinach
- Greek Salad: Fresh cut lettuce, Feta cheese crumbles, black olives, sliced tomatoes, red onions and banana peppers
- Italiano Sub: Ham, Salami, Provolone cheese, banana peppers, tomatoes, red onions and sub dressing
