STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — Sushi Chef Katsuo Gibo and Regional Teppan Chef Tatsuo Komiya from Benihana stopped by KCAL9 Friday to give viewers some sushi rolling tips.

This year is Benihana’s 50th anniversary. For the last 5 decades, people have come to love Benihana’s unique and entertaining teppanyaki cooking, but many people don’t know that Benihana also has fresh and flavorful sushi.

Sushi is a great summertime meal because of its lighter fare and fresh seafood and good to share with family and friends for a party or get-together due to its variety and beautiful display.
