ANAHEIM (CBSLA.com) — A custodian who works for a private cleaning company was arrested after a city employee found a digital camera used to secretly record women in a City Hall restroom, police said.
Simon Carbajal Rosales, 24, of Anaheim was arrested in May when the camera was discovered on suspicion of disorderly conduct relating to the
secret recording of women using the restroom, Anaheim police Lt. Bob Dunn announced Thursday.
Rosales also faces charges of possession of and being under the influence of a controlled substance, police said.
A contract worker, Rosales had been with a company that works at City Hall for two years, Dunn said.
Police said they are continuing to investigate the case.
