Ground Beef Kabobs over charred Radicchio Recipe:
2 lbs. Hearst Ranch grass-fed ground beef
2 tbsp. kosher salt
2 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. onion powder
¼ cup fresh chopped parsley
2 tbsp. smoked paprika
- Combine all in bowl, mix and form into kabobs
- Peel radicchio and grill on high heat, drizzle with oil and balsamic. Season with salt and pepper.
Father’s Day Scotch Cocktails:
1 1/2 ounces Johnnie Walker Double Black
3 ounces Ginger Beer
- Combine in glass over ice and stir gently. Garnish with lime wedge.
1 1/4 ounces Johnnie Walker Double Black
1/3 ounce Honey Liqueur
1 dash Aromatic Bitters
- Stir, strain, and serve up in a glass with a lemon twist. Enjoy!
