Chino Police Seek Help Find Missing Man With Diminished Mental Capacity

CHINO (CBSLA.com)   —    The Chino Police Department seeks the public's help in finding a missing 23-year-old man.

Daniel Hernandez was last seen about 1 a.m. Thursday.

Hernandez' family says he has a diminished mental capacity and requires medication.

His family says the missing man has no identification, cellphone, cash or medication.

Hernandez has difficulty communicating, according to his family. They said he has wandered off in the past and has been found at grocery stores or restaurants seeking food.

The missing man is about 5-foot-11 and about 205 pounds. He has spiked black hair, hazel eyes and a beard. When last seen, Hernandez was wearing a red shirt, black basketball shorts and gray shoes.
