Deadly Shooting Reported At Covina Trailer Park
COVINA (CBSLA.com) — A reported shooting at a trailer park in unincorporated Covina left one man dead Friday, authorities said.
Paramedics responded a report of a shooting on the 21200 block of Arrow Highway near Strawberry Lane about 11:25 a.m. and found the man dead, said Los Angeles County Fire Inspector Scott Miller.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Sheriff's homicide detectives were investigating the death, according to authorities.
Officials said two men were taken into custody.
Authorities did not confirm to Greg Mills, reporting for CBS2, if at least one of the suspect admitted to pulling the trigger.
Mills spoke to a 20-year-old resident of the mobile home park who said she knew the suspect, also a resident, since she was 4-years-old.
The victim did not live at the property, according to the resident.
