Crews Battling 3-Acre Fire In Rialto
RIALTO (CBSLA.com) — Firefighters are working to extinguish a brush fire near a golf course in Rialto.
The wind-driven Sycamore Fire spread to five acres Monday evening near the El Rancho Verde Country Club, located in the 19400 block of East Country Club Drive.
A San Bernardino County Fire Department spokesperson said the fire was held at three acres as of 5 p.m.
SKY9's Stu Mundel reports San Bernardino is fighting the blaze on the ground while CALFIRE crews are dropping water from helicopters.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
