STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — May is National BBQ Month!

Kyle Schutte, Executive Chef of Roadhouse LA, stopped by KCAL9 Thursday to show how to make the restaurant’s Brisket.

Roadhouse LA, which is located at 8161 Melrose Ave., uses California grass-fed beef, beer cheddar, house pickles, master fat caramelized onions, kimchi coleslaw and Texas toast with its Brisket.

The restaurant serves BBQ with a modern twist, combining farm-to-table ingredients, global influences and innovative techniques.
