Special Olympics OC Spring Regional Games To Be Held May 10 In Irvine

STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — David Armendariz, Director of Orange County Region for the Special Olympics and Debi Anderson, Special Olympics Spring Games athlete, stopped by KCAL9 Wednesday to discuss this year’s games.

The Special Olympics Orange County Spring Regional Games will be held on May 10 at Irvine High School and William Woollett Jr. Aquatics Center in Irvine.

The event, in which 700 athletes will compete, will serve as a qualifier for the 2014 Summer Games Invitational June 6-8.
