Police Seek Public's Help In Finding Sexual Battery Suspect In Boyle Heights

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Police are seeking the public's help in finding a sexual battery suspect in Boyle Heights.

On Jan. 16, a woman was walking with a friend on First Street around 5:45 a.m. when a man grabbed the victim's buttocks and breasts from behind, according to Det. Sunny Romero of the LAPD's Hollenbeck Division.

In March, a suspect with the same description committed a similar crime.

The suspect was described as Hispanic, in his 20s, about 5 feet 11 inches tall, 300 pounds, with brown eyes and a bald head.

He was wearing dark pants and a black, hooded sweatshirt in the first incident, Romero said.

Anyone with more information was asked to contact Romero at (323) 342-8995.
