Tanker Truck Hits Hydrant In Rowland Heights

ROWLAND HEIGHTS (CBSLA.com) — A tanker truck hit a fire hydrant in Rowland Heights Tuesday night, causing it to leak diesel fuel.

Sky9's Stu Mundel reported that the truck struck the hydrant when it cut a corner at Otterbein Avenue and Walnut Drive.

A Hazmat crew was on the scene to clean up the mess.

Some roads were closed off during the incident.

No injuries were reported.
