EAGLE ROCK (CBSLA.com) — An overturned cement truck created a traffic jam on the westbound 134 Freeway in Eagle Rock on Monday.

The mixer went off the side of the roadway at Arbor Dell Place around 11:30 a.m., according to Sky9’s Kevin Takumi. It took three heavy duty big rigs to pull the truck back up.

Takumi reported that only the carpool lane was open on the westbound side of the freeway, which caused a backup to Sierra Madre.
