LAPD Helicopter Makes Emergency Landing In Coliseum Parking Lot

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A caution light prompted the emergency landing Monday morning of a Los Angeles Police Department helicopter.

The pilot landed the helicopter around 1:30 a.m. in the LA Memorial Coliseum parking lot at Menlo Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Exposition Park, police said.

A mechanic was sent to the scene to repair the helicopter.

No injuries were reported.
