FULLERTON (CBSLA.com) — A former California State Assemblyman and Fullerton mayor has been arrested on suspicion of domestic violence and child endangerment.

Chris Norby, who represented part of North Orange County for three years, was arrested Wednesday night.

Details surrounding the 64-year-old’s arrest were not released, but officials say he is free on $10,000 bond.

Norby was also arrested in 2010 after a fight with his wife.

No charges were filed in that case.
