Pedestrian In Grave Condition After Being Struck By Vehicle In Winnetka

WINNETKA (CBSLA.com) — A pedestrian is gravely injured after being hit by a vehicle in Winnetka.

SKY9 reports the accident occurred on Mason Avenue and Valerio Street at approximately 8:10 p.m. Thursday.

L.A. City Fire transported the victim to a local hospital. The extent of the victim's injuries remain unclear.

Mason was shut down between Valerio and Sherman Way after the collision.

LAPD is on the scene. An investigation is ongoing.
