Tradel Faniel, 28, 24-year-old Windell Faniel, 19-year-old Paul Jamar and 31-year-old Danille Peters were arrest on Feb. 20 by the FBI and Los Angeles police.
The four men are accused of fatally shooting Taalib Pecantte as he sat in a parked car with his mother and a friend in mid-city on Dec. 2, authorities said.
According to police, Pecantte, his mother and her friend were sitting in the car when a white vehicle pulled up and at least one of the suspects opened fire, sending a bullet into the child’s back.
