Crews Put Out 2 Brush Fires Along I-5 In Castaic

CASTAIC (CBSLA.com) — Firefighters Sunday extinguished two small brush fires that erupted along Interstate 5 in the Castaic area.

The fires broke out just after 9 a.m. near Templin Highway. At its peak, the more active of the two fires had scorched 10 acres.

No structures were threatened.

No further information was available.
