2 Critically Injured In Dump Truck Crash On 110 Freeway
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Two people were critically injured Thursday after their vehicles were pinned under a dump truck on a Southland freeway.
The three vehicle accident happened around 5:40 a.m. on the northbound 110 Freeway, just past the 10 Freeway, near downtown.
It was unclear how the vehicles became pinned under the truck.
Firefighters were sent to the scene to rescue the unidentified drivers. One additional patient was treated and released on scene for unspecified injuries.
A Sig Alert was issued as only one lane of the 110 Freeway remained open while crews worked.
