Ingredients

• 7 ounces (200 grams) Ground Pork
• 1 teaspoon Finely Chopped Ginger
• 1 stem Finely Chopped Scallions
• 4 tablespoon Fine Chopped Chinese Cabbage (squeeze and remove all excess water)
• 1/4 tablespoon Ground Yellow Bean Sauce
• 3 teaspoon Soy Sauce
• 1 1/4 tablespoon Sesame Seed Oil
• 1/2 teaspoon Salt
• 1/2 teaspoon White Pepper
• 1 pinch Sugar
• 3 tablespoon Cold Chicken Stock
• 1 1/2 cups White Flour
• 1/2 cup Cold Water
• 1 teaspoon White Vinegar
• 1 teaspoon Hot Chicken Stock (for Sauce)

Directions

To Make Dough
Mix White Flour by slowly adding Cold water and mix very well until the dough is completely mixed smooth and evenly. Keep the dough in the plastic bag to keep moisture in and put it aside.

To Make filling
Mix the prepared Pork, Ginger, Scallions, Chinese Cabbage, Yellow Bean Sauce, 2 teaspoon of Soy Sauce, 1 tablespoon Sesame Seed Oil, Salt, White pepper, a pinch of Sugar and Cold Chicken Stock and mix until all ingredients are even.

To Make Dumpling Sauce
Mix 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce with 1/2 teaspoon Sesame Oil, white vinegar and 1 teaspoon of Chicken Stock.

To Make Dumplings
Make the prepared dough to a 4 cm diameter pancake. Add 1 full teaspoon of filling in the center of the pancake and seal the dumpling by folding the edges to make a shape. In a Pot, boil water and add in Dumplings for approximately 10 minutes or until it floats completely and drain water.

To Serve
Place Dumplings on a plate and serve with a side of the sauce.
