Fireman's Brew, Food And The Big Game, What Could Be Better?

Mo Benard (Mo) and Rob Nowaczyk from Fireman's Brew visited the KCAL9 studios Friday.
Fireman's Brew is an LA-based craft beer company started by the two men, who are active duty firefighters at a Los Angeles Fire Department station in West Hollywood.
Fireman's Brew is available throughout Los Angeles at various supermarkets, bars, restaurants and specialty stores, including: Ralphs, BevMo and Total Wine along with California Pizza Kitchen, Stonefire Grill and Barney's Beanery.

RECIPES:
Chief's Reserve Fondue
Beer & Cheese Fondue made with Fireman's Brew: Blonde
Ingredients:
Gruyere & Cheddar (or Emmi Fondue Cheese)
1 tsp of flour
1 cup of Fireman's Brew: Blonde pilsner lager
2 tablespoons German spicy mustard
Dash of Worcestershire
Dash of Tabasco
Preparation:
-Combine & heat Cheese Blend and Flour in Sauce Pan, stirring frequently.
-Once melted, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco for taste.
-Transfer final fondue sauce to serving Pot.
Wildfire Baby Back Ribs
Baby Back Ribs made with Fireman's Brew: Brunette
Dry Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of kosher salt
½ cup Brown sugar
3 tbls chili powder
2 tbls onion powder
½ tbls thyme
½ tbls cayenne pepper
1 tbls dry mustard
½ tbls allspice
Sauce Ingredients:
1 cup Fireman's Brew: Brunette
½ cup honey
1/3 cup tomato sauce
1 tbls apple cider vinegar
1 tbls Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp cayenne pepper
5 cloves or crushed garlic
Preparation:
-Mix the dry ingredients and rub thoroughly onto ribs. Wrap ribs tightly in foil, place in a flat roasting pan and refrigerate overnight.
-Blend the sauce and baste the ribs. Rewrap tightly and place in preheated oven at 275 degrees for 2 ½ hours.
-Allow to rest for 5 minutes. The ribs are ready when the bones are loose in the socket and the meat is crispy.
Station Favorite BBQ Chicken
BBQ Chicken made with Fireman's Brew: Redhead
Ingredients:
8 Chicken legs and thighs
Extra Virgin olive oil
6 garlic cloves
1 chopped white onion
1 cup Fireman's Brew: Redhead Amber Ale
BBQ Sauce Ingredients:
2 cups ketchup
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup molasses
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground pepper
Preparation:
-Preheat BBQ to a medium heat and oven to 375 degrees. Mix BBQ sauce ingredients.
-Ensure that the chicken is dry, then brush with olive oil and place on the grill.
-Cook for 10 minutes, turning once.
-Remove from grill and place on a cookie sheet.
-Heat chicken in oven for 15 minutes then remove and brush with BBQ sauce, coating the chicken completely.
-Return to oven for 30 more minutes, basting the chicken for a 2nd time halfway through the cooking time.
-Serve with sauce on the side.
