1 Injured In Tarzana Office Building Fire

TARZANA (CBSLA.com) — Crews Thursday battled a fire at a two-story office building in the San Fernando Valley.

The fire was reported at 2:48 a.m. in the 18500 block of Ventura Boulevard in Tarzana, the Los Angeles Fire Department said.

When units arrived on scene, they saw flames coming from the building's roof.

It took 60 firefighters 29 minutes to knock down the blaze.

One person was injured and transported to a local hospital.

The cause of the fire was under investigation.
