OC Man Arrested After Allegedly Arranging Lewd Act With Minor He Met On Dating Site

ORANGE COUNTY (CBSLA.com) — A 22-year-old man has been arrested after allegedly arranging to have sex with a minor he met online.

Jordon Bresyn, of Buena Park, was taken into custody last Friday for child annoyance of a female 13 years or younger, communicating with a minor online and arranging to meet a minor for a lewd act.

According to the Orange County Sheriff's Department, Bresyn met the victim "several months ago" on a dating website and in December located the victim and her cell phone number on Instagram.

Authorities say Bresyn then began texting the girl, who told him she was 13-years-old.

Bresyn proceeded to ask to meet the victim for sex, sent lewd photographs of himself and requested the same from her, according to investigators.

On January 17, Bresyn allegedly scheduled to meet the victim at the San Clemente Pier with the intention to have sex and was taken into custody with help from the Orange County Child Exploitation Task Force.

He is booked in the Orange County Jail on $200,000 bail and is scheduled for arraignment on Wednesday.

The investigation is ongoing.

Anyone with information regarding possible additional victims is asked to contact the Orange County Sheriff's Department at (714) 647-7000, or submit an anonymous tip to O.C. Crime Stoppers at 855-TIP-OCCS (855-847-6227) or at The O.C. Crime Stoppers website.
