3 Men Wanted In Separate Montebello Molestation Cases
MONTEBELLO (CBSLA.com) — Three men are wanted by Montebello police for the alleged sexual abuse of children, either members of their own family or acquaintances.
Jose Luis Pineda, Paul Angel Candelas and Hector Huerta are wanted in connection with unrelated molestation cases dating as far back as 2011.
“We have come to dead ends with these cases,” Montebello police Sgt. Julio Calleros said. The department circulated wanted fliers for the three suspects Wednesday in an effort to drum up fresh leads.
Pineda is suspected of molesting a 7-year-old girl. He is believed to drive a gray Nissan Altima with tinted windows and work at El Rodeo Night Club on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights. Pineda is wanted on two outstanding felony arrest warrants.
Candelas is wanted for alleged sexual contact with a 6-year-old girl. A felony warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Huerta is wanted on suspicion of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl. A $300,000 warrant has been issued for his arrest. Police say Huerta has ties to Riverside, San Diego, Texas, Mexico and Los Angeles, where he was last seen on March 15, 2013. Huerta is known to have worked as a mechanic and tire repairman at diesel repair shops.
Anyone with information about any of the suspects can call Montebello police at (323) 887-1313.
