Learn About The State You Love At The California Heritage Museum
By Nicole Cormier
Whether you’re a California resident or an out-of-state visitor, learning about the history of the state is a fun way to spend a day. The California Heritage Museum in Santa Monica located in a restored 1894 home and will teach its visitors about the amazing and rich history of the area. Specializing in the Victorian period, due to the historic home it’s in, the museum offers both permanent and rotating exhibitions, making each trip worthwhile. Some exhibitions have included surfboard shapes and designs and Spanish Revival furniture. On Sundays a large farmer’s market is hosted on the museum grounds, which draws large crowds, but interesting wares to make your visit worth double.
Make your way to Santa Monica in a vehicle that will make the journey as rewarding as the destination like a C350 Coupe from Mercedes-Benz of Encino. The sleek coupe is ideal for city roads and highways and its good looks will have heads turning in your direction everywhere you go.
