Jordan Farmar Out For At Least 1 More Week With Hamstring Injury

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) - Jordan Farmar will be out for at least 1 more week after an ultrasound revealed Wednesday that his torn hamstring has not yet healed, the team announced.

Farmar tore his hamstring while playing against the Portland Trailblazers on Dec. 1.

Kobe Bryant will continue to play the point guard position as Farmar, Steve Nash and 40 year-old Steve Nash are out with injuries.

Farmar was playing well in his return with the Lakers as he averaged 9.2 points and 4,4 assists per game.
