When you’re looking for a different kind of date, there is a storefront nestled in Echo Park that may be able to provide just that. Machine Project is “an informal education institution” that hosts a wide array of events including scientific talks, poetry readings, cheese tastings, musical concerts and more.
The group that makes Machine Project work is a bunch of artists and performers that put projects together in an attempt to learn more about the world and the human beings who occupy it. The many events, classes and workshops offered at the facility can make for an interesting, informative and eccentric date that will impress your sweetheart with your spontaneity. You can see the list of upcoming activities at Machine Project here. Most events are 100 percent free, but since the organization is a non-profit, donations are encouraged.
Drive to Echo Park and pull up to the Machine Project in a vehicle that will evoke the romance of your company that may be left to desire from the eccentric date. A 2013 CLS63 AMG Coupe from Mercedes-Benz of Encino is the ideal coupe for tooling around tool and looking classy as you do it.
